/ For CEOs and business leaders
Keep your locations running. Give your team time to improve the business.
Surya standardizes and operates the computers, site networks, and recovery arrangements your locations depend on. Start with the product you need, with clear responsibilities for Surya and your team.
CEOs, presidents, business owners, COOs and executives responsible for businesses with physical locations.
When this becomes a business decision
/ 01
Technology problems interrupt work
A failed workstation or unreliable connection holds up employees, customers, or the work happening at the site.
/ 02
Every location works differently
Equipment, configurations, and recovery procedures vary between locations, making problems harder to resolve consistently.
/ 03
Your team is consumed by upkeep
Routine configuration, replacement coordination, and infrastructure maintenance compete with applications, automation, and business improvement.
These are buying situations you may recognize, not measured customer results.
/ Products
Choose the problem to solve first
Each product solves one problem and is operated to the same standard.
Surya Endpoint
Standardized computers and prepared recovery. Supported computers are configured, protected, and maintained to an approved setup, with prepared physical replacement where the product requires it.
Surya Endpoint in detail →Surya Fabric
Reliable site connectivity and tested network recovery. Surya operates supported site networks and security boundaries, with a defined recovery procedure.
Surya Fabric in detail →Surya AI Foundation
A controlled environment for your team's AI work. Surya maintains approved AI access, connectors, data boundaries, and usage visibility. Your organization builds the workflows and decides how they support the business.
Surya AI Foundation in detail →Each product can be purchased independently, subject to its prerequisites. Surya Foundation combines the products into one system.
/ First purchase
What a first deployment looks like
An illustrative first scope: one location, a defined group of supported workstations, an approved setup and a prepared replacement arrangement.
/ 01
Confirm compatibility and identify prerequisites
Your environment is checked against the released profile of the product you selected.
/ 02
Agree the scope, responsibilities, subscription, and deployment fee
What Surya operates and what your team retains is written down before installation.
/ 03
Install and demonstrate the agreed recovery procedure
The recovery behaviour is shown at the site rather than described.
/ 04
Operate the product and review the evidence before considering expansion
Surya operates the accepted scope, and the evidence is available before you extend it.
Some prerequisites can affect shared identity or tenant systems even when the initial purchase covers one location. Timing and prerequisites are described on the deployment page.
Where a material detail is unresolved, compatibility and scope are confirmed during qualification rather than assumed here.
What your investment includes
The pricing page is the source of truth for ownership and commercial structure.
- A recurring product subscription.
- A fixed deployment fee.
- Customer-owned equipment and required third-party licensing.
- Separately identified consumption and logistics charges where applicable.
Not every cost sits inside one subscription. Amounts come from the proposal for your environment.
Clear responsibilities
Surya operates
- Configuration and ongoing operation of the purchased product
- Supported protection and recovery procedures
- Prepared device replacement where included
- Product support and supported vendor escalation
Your organization owns
- Business priorities and access decisions
- Business applications and their vendors
- AI workflows, process design, and adoption
- Clinical, production, and equipment responsibilities outside the purchased product
/ Adoption
Your first deployment.
Adoption starts with one product and a defined scope, usually a single site or a single group of devices, rather than the whole estate.
/ 01
Choose one product and a defined scope
One product, one site or one device group. The scope is written down before anything is installed.
/ 02
Compatibility review
Your environment is checked against the released profile for the product you selected, including identity and platform dependencies where they apply.
/ 03
Written prerequisites
Anything that must change first is stated in writing, together with the approvals your organization needs to give.
/ 04
Installation
Surya installs and configures the supported scope to the released standard.
/ 05
Acceptance tests
The product is accepted against its own tests, so the result is inspectable rather than asserted.
/ 06
Ongoing operation
Surya operates the accepted scope, and faults inside it are Surya's to resolve.
What changes in your environment
- Equipment that already meets the standard can usually remain in place; equipment that does not is named during the review.
- Configurations inside the purchased scope are brought to the released profile, which can change how some settings are managed today.
- Approvals from an accountable owner are required for consequential changes.
- Providers responsible for adjacent systems, applications or machinery remain responsible for them.
An illustrative first scope: one site, one approved device profile for a defined group of users, one prepared replacement position where the profile includes physical recovery, and the acceptance tests for that scope. Quantities, timing and commercial terms come from the proposal for your environment.
Prerequisites and dependencies belong to the product you select. Endpoint requirements do not automatically apply to Fabric or AI Foundation, and choosing one site does not remove dependencies that are tenant-wide.
Experience you can inspect
Surya has documented device lifecycle operation across approximately 40 clinics in four states, covering device preparation, delivery, recovery, erasure where applicable, and custody. That record is evidence of device logistics work specifically. It does not establish results for the complete product suite, network uptime, AI outcomes or on-site recovery times.
