Microsoft 365 covers work accounts, collaboration and access. It does not manage medical devices or clinical systems, and a license on its own does not make an organization HIPAA compliant.

Some machine shops, component manufacturers and industrial suppliers receive additional information-handling requirements from their customers, such as controlled technical drawings and specifications that only authorized engineers may access.
The right Microsoft environment - commercial, GCC or GCC High - depends on your actual contracts, the data involved and your organization's eligibility. Many suppliers do not need GCC High. We help you work through that choice before anything is bought.
Government cloud plans are subject to Microsoft's eligibility validation and an authorized licensing route, which we confirm for your enquiry. Licenses alone do not establish CMMC or ITAR compliance. Your organization owns its compliance program; Surya delivers the configuration and operation explicitly included in your purchased scope.

Questions
- Can we buy Microsoft licenses without Surya Endpoint?
- Yes. Licensing is a complete purchase on its own, with no product minimum.
- What is the difference between setup and operation?
- Setup is a one-time defined configuration with handover. Operation is ongoing work through Surya Endpoint, and only applies if you choose it.
- We already have a tenant. Can we move renewals to Surya?
- Usually, yes. We review your current subscriptions and renewal dates, then quote the change of licensing provider and any setup you want.
- Who can buy GCC or GCC High?
- Microsoft validates eligibility for government cloud plans, and they are bought through authorized routes. The Microsoft 365 DoD environment is reserved for Department of Defense entities and is not an offer we sell.
- Does buying Microsoft 365 make us compliant?
- No. Licenses provide capabilities. Your organization owns its compliance program and assessment obligations. Surya delivers the setup or ongoing Endpoint operation included in your agreed scope.
