Pricing — Every Number On This Page

Two doors. One rate card.

Two independent services. Each stands alone. Each is designed to lead to the other. Together, they replace an MSP.

Door 1

IT Logistics

Device logistics has its own published rate card — platform access, per-movement rates, Device Response Coverage, and onsite field services.

Door 2

AI Service Operations

$54per user / month

+ $2,500 / month platform fee

Execution platform included. Nothing to procure, no license line, live in weeks.

What's included

  • A Teams agent your employees talk to where they already work — no portal, no queue
  • Playbook automation built on the Microsoft ecosystem you already own (Intune, Entra, Defender, Autopilot)
  • All standard support activities, with humans in the loop for everything that needs one
  • Measured containment reporting: your tickets, your rate, updated monthly

Both together

Run both doors and Device Response Coverage is included for every Service Ops seat — the desk that answers the ticket also ships the swap, same day.

Talk to the team

Rates are floors. They do not descend with volume. For multi-year terms, the concession is a price hold — not a discount.

A PE-backed national accounting firm with 4,000 endpoints runs on exactly this card.

/ The Connection

What the platform fee is.

The fee is not an admin charge. It is the standing cost of being wired into your systems.

For AI Service Operations

  • Your tenant connection, maintained
  • The Teams agent infrastructure
  • A playbook library under continuous engineering

One client, one fee per service, no per-ticket charges, no hourly surprises.

/ Zero Line Items

What we don't charge for.

Included in your rate.

The AI execution platform and our service-ops tooling. One rate, no platform procurement cycle.

Never marked up.

Microsoft 365 licensing stays on your paper, as it always has. We make $0 margin on licenses.

Already own ServiceNow?

We run on your instance — your platform, our automation layer. Same rate either way; the only thing that changes is where the system of record lives.

/ Pricing Behavior

The rate is the rate at 500 users and at 10,000.

The per-user rates are floors. They do not descend with volume. For multi-year terms, the concession is a price hold — the rate you sign is the rate you keep.

Qualification is 500 to 10,000+ endpoints. The Pilot — $2,500, 30 devices, 60 days, credited on conversion — remains the entry for measured proof.

Custom Critical remains as a scoped line with no published rate.

The proving ground. One HRIS connector, one image, measured in your environment.

Your ops report includes containment rate, median resolution time, and escalation count — the three numbers that decide whether the combined card works for you.

Your incumbent will have opinions about our claims. This is how you check ours against theirs, with your own data.
