The new hire opens one branded box — laptop loaded with your standard setup (imaged to your build) and registered to your management system (enrolled), accessories laid out ready to use, in your branded packaging with a personalized welcome card. Optional swag insert. The day-one experience, delivered as logistics.

Both lines are optional. They apply only when we build and maintain the image for you. If your IT team owns the automated build and its upkeep, we onboard to it and execute it exactly — neither line applies.

Written estimate at discovery. A simple image is typically 1–2 days; complex application packages are scoped individually. Every decision goes into a build log the customer ratifies before we ship on it.

Quoted with your build scope at discovery.
Keeps the ratified build current: OS servicing in the image (keeping the operating system's monthly updates inside the standard setup), application package updates, driver support for in-scope hardware models. New applications or new models are new Build Engineering work at the hourly rate.
Mass events — M&A waves, intern classes, seasonal surges, fleet refreshes — run at these same unit rates, scheduled as projects.

/ Pricing Behavior
Per-device rates descend along the published tiers as your fleet grows. They do not descend further with private negotiation. For multi-year terms, the concession is a price hold — the rate you sign is the rate you keep.
Microsoft 365 licensing stays on your paper. We make $0 margin on licenses. If you already run ServiceNow or another ITSM, we run on your instance — the rate does not change.
