Your IT Department covers the people you have. Mass deployment events — an initial deployment, an acquisition, a new site, a fleet-wide refresh, a cloud migration — are quoted separately as fixed-scope projects. Detail below.

$100 a month is $1,200 per person per year.
$5,000 a month is the minimum — it covers you up to 50 people — about half the fully loaded cost of one experienced IT hire.
One hire can't answer every request, keep every machine secure, and keep spare hardware ready at every site. This does. And it doesn't resign.

Standby — a spare, built and waiting.
$20 per person per month. $500 a month minimum, covers up to 25 people.
Start with the people who cannot afford to be down. You do not have to put the whole company on it.
When a machine dies, a replacement that is already finished ships the same day, ready to sign into. A return label goes with it; the broken one comes back to us, gets erased with a certificate, and goes back to stock.
The speed is not the carrier. It is that the machine was finished before anyone needed it. Spares sit at our facility on your current setup and stay current as it changes. Nothing gets built during the emergency.
It also is not luck. The spare is finished before anyone needs it, so it works the moment they sign in instead of spending the afternoon catching up.
Standby can be bought on its own at $20 a head, and it is included in Your IT Department. Either way the movements bill per event at the published rates below. The $20 buys readiness — a spare kept on your current setup, kept current as it changes, and the commitment to ship the day you call it.
You buy the hardware and the spares stay on your books. We keep them, keep them current, and put a working machine in someone’s hands. Standby covers being ready and answering the call — the movements bill at the published per-type rates. Not the hardware.

When we manage your Azure infrastructure — servers, storage, networking, backup, updates, cost, and security — it is its own published line: $2,500 a month minimum, or 20% of qualifying monthly spend, whichever is greater. The minimum carries you to $12,500 a month of qualifying spend; past that, the percentage takes over.
Qualifying means compute, storage, and networking — the resources that need management. Licensing and marketplace subscriptions pass through untouched; we don’t charge a fee on bills that need no work.
Your Azure bill stays on your Azure account, paid to Microsoft. The management fee is the only thing we charge. Our job is to shrink the number it’s calculated on.
The line: we run the infrastructure to the operating system. Your applications, your databases, your data pipelines — yours, or your partners’.

The initial deployment
Standing Your IT Department up — the setup for each role, your Microsoft accounts configured, the access rules, spares at each site, and the first wave of machines — is a fixed-scope project with a fixed price. We scope it in a working session and quote it as one number. No hourly rates, no open-ended consulting.
Surya Critical
The equipment beyond laptops that stops work when it fails — firewalls, the workstations attached to production and clinical equipment. Customer-owned spares pre-loaded with your configuration, tracked by serial number the same way. Quoted in a working session, never configured online.

Your IT Department runs on your Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune subscriptions, bought on your paper — including the Intune Suite add-on (or Microsoft 365 E3/E5, which includes it). Licensed in your name, billed by Microsoft. We make no margin on licenses. You own the accounts; we work inside them.
