This covers the platform, the AI foundation, 24/7/365 operations, device flows and stocking, and one locker per site, for every person in the organization.

  • Platform: Microsoft 365 and Azure, configured to the Surya standard and kept there.
  • AI foundation: The same platform prepared for Microsoft Copilot Suite.
  • Operations: 24/7/365 support for end users and for the platform.
  • Physical: The locker at every site, plus device flows and stocking.

Additional lockers at a site, Surya Critical devices, Azure compute, site openings and deployment events sit outside the seat price and the monthly minimum.

What is inside the price, and what is quoted.

The seat price

$100 per person per month, with a $5,000 monthly minimum. The platform, the AI foundation, 24/7/365 operations, device flows and stocking, and one locker per site, for every person in the organization.

Cloud

When the organization runs servers or workloads in Azure, Surya manages that compute at $2,500 per month minimum or 20 percent of the monthly compute spend, whichever is greater. Not charged when there are no workloads in Azure. Identity, sign-in and secure access are inside the seat price.

The locker

One per site is included in the price. Additional lockers at the same site are quoted.

Surya Critical

Quoted separately, by device class, after the critical device audit.

Hardware, freight, and Microsoft licensing are on the customer's paper. The customer purchases and owns the devices, including the replacement devices in the locker. Surya provides, installs, owns and operates the locker.
