Clinical sites carry on-site spares or a smart locker regardless of device count. Sites with 50 or more devices carry an on-site pool. Smaller professional-services offices are covered next-day from the RTP hub.

Hands at the site are your own staff, working from guided runbooks with a Surya specialist on the line. Where you would rather not use your own people, we coordinate a partner.

Devices that stop the line or the clinic run under Surya Critical, quoted per device class and per site. That includes OT security software deployed and managed for visibility and threat detection.

The replacement is already built to the role's standard setup. It comes out of the locker or the on-site pool, or ships from the hub. The failed machine goes back for certified erasure, and the slot is refilled.
