Surya Critical is an attach for existing Surya fleet customers. The standard fleet program comes first — it builds the custody, inventory, and site logistics this program runs on.

You purchase every unit — we never take title, never resell hardware. The spare pool is your property, staged in our cage and yours.

The config is the asset.

A spare firewall is useless as blank metal. We maintain the golden-config library — firewall configs, PLC programs, HMI projects, driver sets — versioned and current, so the spare that comes out of the cage is your device, ready to run.

Same physics as the laptops.

Provisioned (set up) at the RTP hub, staged on your site, swapped in minutes, failed unit back under serialized custody — every device tracked by serial number at every handoff — for manufacturer repair/return (RMA) and disposition.

Its configuration, image, or firmware can be captured, versioned, and pre-loaded onto a spare at the RTP hub.

Swap test

A non-specialist on site can swap it with a guided runbook. Where a trade is required (a PLC in a panel is an electrician's job), we stage the pre-loaded spare and your maintenance team performs the physical install.

We operate on the compute, connectivity, and configuration layer of clinical and industrial equipment — drivers, firmware, calibration software, network configs, staging, secure storage, and serialized manufacturer repair/return (RMA) logistics — on devices you own.

We are not an FDA-registered device servicer or distributor. Reprocessing, sterilization, and anything that delivers therapy or monitors a patient stays with your biomed and clinical engineering teams, where it belongs.

Every Surya Critical catalog is different — a config-loaded firewall spare, a pre-staged PLC, and an intraoral sensor carry different custody, staging, and swap economics. Publishing a rate for that would be pretending. We sit with you, walk the catalog, and quote the program. The standard fleet stays self-serve; this doesn't.
