The Surya RTP distribution center holds a configured duplicate of your clinic hardware, forward-stocked. A spare used at any office is replaced the next business day. The hardware stays on your books - we configure, stage, track, and run it.
We watch every office around the clock. Nights and Saturdays are ordinary shifts, not escalations - Saturday optical-shop hours included. When an office is open, someone is watching it.
New-office openings and workstation refreshes are configured, staged, and shipped site-direct from our logistics facility at our distribution hub - optical shop registers included. Equipment arrives ready to run, on the date the office needs it.

A controlled continuity exercise at one site. We stage a replacement, simulate a failure, then follow the immediate swap: Obviously dead: straight to the locker. Might come back: a 30-minute restoration window, then the locker. Complete the guided swap and document the custody chain.
