For dental groups & DSOs
IT for regional dental groups, built as a supply chain. Your practices keep their names, their teams, and their software. We standardize the part patients never see.
After 26 years in managed services, we turned clinical IT into physical logistics. We build a supply chain around your clinics — forward stocking of core equipment on-site, with our national distribution center behind it for replenishment. When your people have problems, we respond in minutes, because the replacement is already in your building.
— Ashvin Babu, Founder
Every practice that joins a group arrives with its own history. A different practice management system. Imaging installed by whoever sold the sensor. A network closet nobody has a map of. And an IT arrangement that was one person, and that person stayed with the seller. The promise made across the table was that nothing changes for the patients or the team. For the first ninety days, that promise is mostly an IT promise.
Doctor-led groups win affiliations by protecting what the founding dentist built: clinical autonomy, the practice name, the team, the way the operatories run. Rolling every location onto one rigid system breaks that. We do the opposite. Each practice keeps its systems of record. What we standardize is invisible to patients: how every workstation is built, how spares are staged inside the practice, and how a failure gets replaced before the schedule feels it.
The box is a smart locker: badge access, networked, every slot tracked, refilled from our hub, with forward-deployed, fully configured spares staged on site, regardless of practice size. Front desk workstations, operatory machines, the machine your imaging depends on. When something fails, the replacement is already in the building.
A national distribution center holding configured duplicates of your practices' hardware, forward stocked and refilled as spares are consumed. Practice boxes are replenished from the hub. Hardware stays on your paper; we hold custody, configuration, and the record of where it has been, tracked by serial number.
When the next practice signs, onboarding runs as a fixed quote before the work: device sweep, one setup per role, box and spare install, cutover. The second practice costs less than the first because the work is templated. De novo locations run the same playbook from an empty suite. Growth stops being an IT project.
A monthly account of devices, movements, requests, and how secure things are, reported per practice and rolled up across the group. The plan is one price per person per month, all in, with a box in every practice and our hub refilling the slots.
Most IT providers sell response time. We stage the recovery inside your clinic before anything fails.
It runs on physical AI processes connected to 24/7 human teams.
The box, stocked with the things that stop a chair when they fail: front desk workstations, operatory machines, the machine your imaging depends on. Something fails, someone walks to the box, badges in, takes the replacement, and is working in minutes. Our hub holds a configured duplicate of your hardware and refills the slot the next business day. You own the box and what's in it. We cover the fees and keep it stocked and current.
$100 per person per month, all in - devices, support and security for everyone at every clinic, with a $5,000 monthly minimum. The box itself is a one-time purchase you own, quoted for your building.
Still under contract with your current provider? We can put the box in now at a reduced rate and step up to the full price when that contract ends.
40 clinics across 4 states run under this program today.
Our hub holds a configured duplicate of your hardware and refills the slot the next business day. Spare depth is planned per practice, from what is actually in the building.
We run inside your Microsoft 365 account. Details are on the getting-started page.
Fifteen minutes. We'll put our published number next to yours.
