01 · DISCOVERY

A working conversation. Fleet size and mix, sites and headcount by site, what breaks today, what your MSP or internal team owns, what you want us to own. No slides, and a smooth NDA process — so we get to substance fast.

02 · SCOPE

A written scope: devices under management, sites in scope, image and process to execute to, response SLAs, and the onsite stock we forward-deploy per site. Priced against the published rate card — no bespoke surprises.

03 · ONBOARD

We onboard to your standard. Your image, your naming, your enrollment, your handoff to whoever owns the endpoint after us. Reftab inventory with chain of custody on every unit. Shipping on your carrier account.

04 · GO LIVE

Onsite spare pool staged at your site. HR-triggered joiners land as configured laptops on day one. Failures swap same-day. Departures come back clean, wiped, and reconciled to the serial.

  • Recover, wipe (NIST 800-88), and reconcile devices on exit
  • Track every serial end-to-end in Reftab with chain of custody
