Surya provides managed services, consulting, and technology operations services only pursuant to separate written agreements, including but not limited to a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statements of Work (SOWs).

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, service commitment, or contractual obligation.

2. No Client or Advisory Relationship

Your use of the Services does not establish any client, advisory, fiduciary, or managed services relationship with Surya.

No professional, technical, cybersecurity, or operational advice is being provided through this website. Any reliance on information provided through the Services is at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by business entities and their authorized representatives.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization, or
• You are using the Services for legitimate business evaluation purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data

The Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft and ServiceNow.

Surya does not control and is not responsible for:

• Availability or performance of third-party services
• Security or data practices of third-party providers
• Any disruptions or failures originating from third-party platforms

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Surya makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Continuous availability or error-free operation
• Protection against security incidents or vulnerabilities

Surya does not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
