Downtime test
Does its failure stop or materially disrupt appointments, care, revenue, or clinic operations?
Configuration test
Can the customer's approved setup be captured and reproduced reliably?
Swap test
Can trained clinic staff replace it through a controlled runbook without requiring a specialist physically present?
Surya covers the technology that supports the clinical device - the workstation, printer, network connection, and approved computing layer. The clinical device itself remains under the authority of the healthcare organization and its medical-equipment vendor unless explicitly qualified under a separate scope.
